Box Office Manager – Signature Theatre Company
WHO: Signature Theatre Company, one of New York City's premiere Off-Broadway theatres
SEEKING: a full time Box Office Manager to oversee point of sales operations and customer service for the organization.
REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have prior box office experience and knowledge of ticketing software and systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer and customer service skills and be highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES: processing single ticket and subscription orders, working closely with the Marketing department to generate reports and help analyze sales trends, and training and supervising Box Office and Front of House staff. Experience with Tessitura a big plus. Reports to the Marketing Director.
COMPENSATION: Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
