ABOUT: The Rodgers and Hammerstein Organization is a division of Imagem Music Group. Imagem is the largest independent music publisher representing some of the biggest names in pop and rock (Kaiser Chiefs, Justin Timberlake, Vampire Weekend), works by classical masters (Rachmaninoff, Britten, Copland), and fond favorites of musical theater (The Sound of Music, Oklahoma!, In The Heights).
The Rodgers and Hammerstein Organization was founded by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II in 1944, R&H today represents a wide variety of entertainment copyrights, primarily in the musical theater and including works by Irving Berlin, John Bucchino, Ann Hampton Callaway, Joe DiPietro, Duke Ellington, Ricky Ian Gordon, Adam Guettel, Sheldon Harnick, Lorenz Hart, David Henry Hwang, Jerome Kern, Edward Kleban, Henry Krieger, Michael John LaChiusa, Michel LeGrand, Jerry Leiber, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Robert Lopez, Jeff Marx, Amanda McBroom, Roger Miller, Jimmy Roberts, Mary Rodgers, Tim Rice, Stephen Schwartz, Mike Stoller, Charles Strouse, Kurt Weill, George C. Wolfe, David Zippel, and of course, Rodgers and Hammerstein.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with the Director of Digital Marketing to assist in project management of the website re-build, building and executing newsletters, creating landing pages and helping with other internal IT needs.
REQUIREMENTS: Strong web development skills, Fluent knowledge of HTML and Photoshop. Experience building landing pages and newsletters. Strong knowledge of basic office IT, including installing software.
