SEEKING: Producing/Development Associate 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
„X Theater Manager- Coordinating all rentals: Drafting Contracts and Invoices, maintaining Theatre upkeep. Performing site visits and overseeing load-ins and load-outs. Hiring Front of House staff. interviewing potential renters
„X Marketing- Creating all E-blast, maintaining social media sites and website updates.
„X Associate to Artistic Director- Assisting with productions and readings, creating press, and media materials, coordinating rehearsals and technical staff for productions.
„X Event Coordination- Assisted in Pre and Post production of fundraising events.
„X Development- managing the companies donor data base and writing acknowledgement letters to contributors

REQUIREMENTS:
„X A theatre enthusiast with 2 to 3 years experience in administration and production.
„X Bachelors degree or higher in a related field. Strong written and oral communications skill.
„X Positive attitude, hands on, can-do approach to this position
„X Must be a self-starter and possess excellent time-management organizational and multi-tasking skills salesmanship, excellent computer knowledge.
„X Occasional evenings and weekends required
