, let’s try this again.  For those of you who got a very confusing email yesterday about this giveaway, I apologize. Google/Feedburner had a feed hiccup that caused a premature delivery.

And no one likes a premature delivery.

My apologies, and onward we go . . .

So who’s hungry?  For comedy that is???  (insert groans here.)

This week’s giveaway is 2 tickets to see the very smart and very funny Colin Quinn in his Broadway show, Long Story Short.  (BTW, Quinn was extended but the show is now running through March 5th only so if you’re gonna go, go now)

And if that’s not enough, before the show, you can get your appetite on at the spicy Havana Central restaurant

How do you win this delicious combo?

This week, I’m gonna make it easy.

Comment on the blog below (email subscribers, click here to reach the blog entry) and you’re in.  I’ll pick a winner randomly from one of the comments, as we’ve done before.

Good luck everyone!

  5. It sounds like Colin Quinn has finally found his niche. Always a comic’s comic, he excelled at quick commentary as part of MTV’s transformational game show, ‘Remote Control’. Miscast as news anchor on SNL, now paired with Jerry Seinfeld’s backing ‘Long Story Short’ sounds intriguing, and a show I’d like to see.

“And no one likes a premature delivery.”
Best blog quote of all time.
    Enter me, please! :)

  52. There’s no such thing as a free lunch in this town. Or in this case, a free Cuban dinner.
But I’d still like to try!

  53. I could use a meal and some yuks

  54. Mickey says:

Cuban Food & Colin Quinn?! Pick me! Pick me!

  62. Annelise Pichardo says:

I’m half Cuban and have not eaten a good Cuban dinner in years. The other half is from Theatrica, the land of theatre lovers, somewhere in a little mountain town in Italy. Colin Quinn will be a great chaser to Cuban. After all, what is better than a half Italian girl dining on Cuban food, and then going to see an Irishman for great laughs?

Cuban and Colin Quinn…now that’s a night out on the town.

Commenting with my name visible this time…such a great evening out!!

  68. Ruth says:

I like neither cuban food nor Colin Quinn, but my husband does, and it’s his birthday, and therefore his turn to choose the evening out! Lets make it easy on me and let me win!

  69. TonyinNYC says:

Food and a show? Just what the doctor ordered!

  70. I have been wanting to see this show for a while, but money is really tight (have a show I need to raise money for that’s being presented in a festival this summer in NYC). I presented a workshop on writing plays about real people (historical events), and I would love to continue my research by checking out Quinn’s show. Besides, he really moved me with his sideways plea to come see his show on TV during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Hey, and aren’t they letting Americans visit Cuba now? Can’t wait!
