Administrative Assistant

SEEKING: Administrative Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES: Compare weekly sales reports for improvements. Take action with Operations manager to increase revenue. Prepare and assemble quarterly data and performance statistics. Research and present new products. Enter weekly sales data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently. Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings. Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the executive management. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Type correspondences and other project work for President, Accountants, and Operations Manager. Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed. Provide executive support. Desire to grow and expand with the company, perhaps in a higher position.
