RESPONSIBILITIES: Long Lake Camp for the Arts (www.longlakecamp.com) is one of America’s premier performing arts summer camps. We produce very high quality musical productions every summer at our private estate summer camp in the gorgeous Adirondack Park of upstate New York. Our campers are very hard working and aged 10 to 16 from all over the world. We produce many shows a summer with 5 directors, 3 music directors and 3 choreographers. Music directors are expected to work on 2 shows every three weeks. With two performances at the end of each three week session. We have three fully equipped theaters and a professional technical dept (27 staff).

REQUIREMENTS: We need music directors who would not mind spending the summer with us. You live for free at camp with food-laundry and accommodation included plus a competitive salary. You must enjoy working with children and be a kind hearted director who can get the job done on time but not by yelling and screaming. You will need excellent piano skills and sight reading plus vocal coaching skills.
