Box Office Assistant – Second Stage Theatre

WHO: Second Stage Theatre

SEEKING: Box Office Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES: selling tickets and subscriptions, interfacing with the public, fulfilling ticket requests and providing exemplary customer service to subscribers and single ticket buyers over the phone and in person.
Box Office Assistants are also required to reconcile daily sales and offer to upgrade single ticket buyers to season subscribers.

REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have box office experience and be familiar with ProVenue and/or Tessitura. The candidate should be punctual and reliable with customer service experience and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be organized with a strong attention to detail
and must be very comfortable with computers and internet.

PAY: TBD – This is a part-time position without benefits.
