CTI, The Commercial Theater Institute, is THE place to train if you’re looking for a classroom like education in producer training.
It’s like the Parris Island for Producers.
Their flagship program is the three-day intensive which takes place every spring. But the “graduate program” is a 16 week semester of classes taught to a very select group of 25 people.
And if you want to be one of those 25, you only have until December 3rd to get in your app.

The CTI producers’ training curricula would be a valuable learning opportunity for any number of potential or budding producers across the country and I have no doubt there would be a market for courses offered on-line.
I loved my CTI experience. It was 14 weeks in those days and it was still wonderful. Two more weeks would be even more wonderful. I thank Jed for keeping it going.
