And the winner of 1st Associate Producer Scholarship is . . .
For three hours, 12 future Broadway-Producers-To-Be and I talked all things theater, including marketing, financing, and why the show that I wish I would have produced is Les Miz.
And then I had one of the hardest jobs I’ve ever had . . . and I had to pick just one to join me as the Associate Producer on Macbeth.
Any one of them would have kicked Scottish Play a$$, but because our conference room wouldn’t fit them all, I was forced to pick just one.
And that one is . . .
Hunter Chancellor!
Don’t know who Hunter is? You will. We’ve got some fun stuff in store for him that will help you get the inside scoop on his journey with Macbeth on Broadway.
Join me in saying congratulations to Hunter. And a huge congrats to the 11 runners up as well. You’re going to have great careers. And I expect to be working for you all soon.

Congrats hunter! Nice one Ken!
This was a good idea Ken, to give a special opportunity to a young producer. I liked hearing about the process and hope this will be a thrilling and productive experience for Mr. Hunter Chancellor!
