A zippy and murderous tuner, SCOTLAND, PA is the story of Joe and Pat McBeth, low-level workers at a dingy burger joint in sleepy Scotland, Pennsylvania, circa 1975. When a midnight robbery goes south, Joe and Pat seize power, building a billion-dollar empire with the feds hot on their tails. Based on the cult classic film SCOTLAND, PA (and the bard’s MACBETH), SCOTLAND, PA is a catchy tale of the making and unmaking of the Super-Sized American dream.
