SEEKING: Business Office Assistant
Requirements: The Business Office Assistant provides general support to the entire department assisting with data entry, mailing, filing and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. In addition the Assistant will have ongoing responsibility for: processing ticketing and fundraising daily bank deposits; maintaining the petty cash drawer; and processing weekly and monthly union benefit checks. Candidate should have prior experience in an office environment, good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and strong organizational skills. Background in bookkeeping or accounting beneficial. Salary mid to high $20’s plus all standard RTC benefits.
