ShowBiz Expo is the only event of its kind that simultaneously offers
great exhibitors, industry workshops (ranging from producers panels, to
film financing, screenwriting, casting directors to festivals and
more), actual casting calls for performers who attend (Telsey + Company
conducting talent searches for Spider-Man, Wicked, Legally Blonde
National Tour, Disney Theatrical Group, etc, to name a few), and
networking opportunities (Film Festival, Focus Groups, Round Table
Networking, Designer’s Showcase, Music/Demo Reel Showcase) in a
professional all-entertainment related trade show venue.

SEEKING:
ShowBiz Expo seeks charismatic friendly and very enthusiastic event staff for the upcoming expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Saturday October 17. The event staff is responsible for helping to set up/take down of expo, registering attendees, assisting exhibitors with the set up of their booth table, directing foot traffic, and serving as a liaison between ShowBiz Expo and its attendees/exhibitors. Individuals must be friendly, hard working, extroverted and able to work long hours on foot.

WHEN:
Individuals must be able to work the entire day on Saturday October 17 (5:30 AM to 6:30 PM) and must also be available for an orientation on either Wednesday October 14 or Thursday October 15 (6:30 PM – 9:30 PM on one of those evenings).

BENEFITS:
Pay is $50 (orientation and the event). This is also a fantastic way to network and meet people in the industry.
