SEEKING: An experienced executive assistant.
REQUIREMENTS: Only candidates with strong foundations in administrative support at the executive level will be considered; 5+ years are preferred. This is not an entry level position. Ideal candidates must show that they have experience working in high-paced, high-energy work environments with a mastery of the skills to effectively and efficiently maneuver under such pressure as well as the personality and demeanor to cope in such a demanding position. The ability to multi-task and prioritize while remaining extremely organized and operating with a high level of accuracy are paramount.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Producer's executive assistant will co-manage Producer's second assistant and seasonal intern(s) to run executive office. Position provides all the responsibilities that come with assistant territory including, but not limited to, phones, maintaining professional and personal calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel, submitting expenses and working closely with all office and personal staff.
Producer is hard at work on maintaining current long running Broadway musical, a revival opening this spring, at least two additional Broadway-bound productions later in the year and a roster of projects in various stages of development.
