Marketing Manager – TADA! Youth Theater
WHO: TADA! Youth Theater, the Drama Desk Award-winning home for family performances, classes, school programs and free pre-professional training for talented kids
SEEKING: A highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter to manage our marketing and communications initiatives.
RESPONISIBILITIES: Overseeing all aspects of promoting productions and off-site events, year-round classes and camps as well as maintaining brand identity, web presence (including viral marketing), script rental, relationship with press representative and overall public recognition of the company. The Marketing Manager will manage House Manager and Box Office Manager and will report to the Managing Director.
REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, results driven, a creative, entrepreneurial thinker, an excellent writer and designer with exemplary skills at achieving results and a collaborative worker, who can roll with the punches in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have excellent problem-solving skills; viral marketing skills, work well under pressure; take initiative, maintain fiscal responsibility and display flexibility in managing issues; and be able to multi-task many assignments of equal priority.
Candidates should have 3-5 years experience in non-profit arts marketing with a track record of success in reaching and maintaining audiences; proficiency in graphic design; and, most importantly, a positive, can-do attitude.

SALARY: Mid-$30K's plus benefits
