NYC Group Tours specializes in performance driven tours for educators interested in offering their students learning and performance opportunities while visiting The Big Apple. Each tour is customized and can include several components such as transportation, hotel, music theatre and dance classes, NYC attractions, meals and tours to name a few.
Additionally, we produce large high profile performance opportunities in NYC for young musicians, dancers, glee club members, to showcase their talents- benefiting America's Veterans and The Music Therapy Association of America.
SEEKING: Bookkeeper/Office Manager
REQUIREMENTS: A highly skilled Quickbooks PRO, meticulous with numbers and details who
can manage several files at once. We are a small niche business. The ideal candidate must be able to manage the accounting of all tour files, reconcile 4 bank accounts, an American Express Account, a/r, a/p , while juggling other responsibilities such as ordering office supplies, managing outsourced IT staff, and the day to day running of the office.
COMPENSATION: Salary to reflect candidate's qualifications and experience.
