SEEKING: An Office Coordinator for a full-time position with excellent benefits. NAMT’s 145 members are some of the leading producers of professional musical theatre in the world and include regional theatres, universities, developmental organizations, and independent producers. Programs include two conferences per year, the 22nd annual Festival of New Musicals, and the National Fund for New Musicals, NAMT’s granting program. Website is www.namt.org

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Office Coordinator reports to the Executive Director. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and updating all databases; large mailings; financial transactions including paying bills and depositing checks; issuing weekly e-news to membership; managing and ordering office supplies; handling general email and phone inquiries; handling all computer issues for staff; filing; assisting the Executive Director on her projects as well as other Directors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in databases, preferably Microsoft Access. Must be savvy in Microsoft Office Suite and have knowledge of QuickBooks or other financial software. Dreamweaver experience a plus. Must have worked in an office at least two years. Must work well in small team environment. Applicants should be detail-oriented, efficient, and good at meeting deadlines and juggling multiple projects. BA required.
