Business Manager – Primary Stages

WHO: Primary Stages

SEEKING: A Business Manager to support the financial, production and administrative activities of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Manager is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, a/r, a/p, financial reporting, AEA contracts, vendor relations, human resources, union and contract maintenance, office management, and other related projects.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should possess non profit arts experience, excellent communication and organization skills, proficiency with Quick Books and Excel, the ability to work on deadline, and a sense of humor. Arts Administration, Business, or Accounting degree helpful.

WHEN: Position begins in early July.

PAY:  Competitive salary package plus full health benefits.
