WHO: The New York Musical Theatre Festival
SEEKING: Audience Services Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: The position will be responsible for managing all ticket reservations for patrons, sponsors, staff and group sales; preparing wrap reports for the festival and final settlement reports for each show; managing ticket inventory; and working closely with the General Manager to analyze sales trends. The position will also work closely with venue box office managers during the three weeks of the festival. The ideal candidate will have extreme attention to detail, be very organized, and possess impeccable customer service skills.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; previous experience with the Ovation ticketing system a major plus. Candidates should be able to work well under pressure and to multitask, and must be able to work nights and weekends during September-October.
