SEEKING: Box Office Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to the Ticketing Services Manager, coordinate day-to-day ticketing operations and provide leadership for a small part-time ticket sales staff.
REQUIREMENTS: The ideal applicant is scrupulously punctual, rigorously attentive to detail, devoted to outstanding customer service, adept at creative problem-solving, a quick and accurate learner, professional in appearance and clear in both spoken and written communication. Comfort with computers and office technology – including minor troubleshooting – is essential. Familiarity with web-based ticketing systems is preferred.
WHEN: This position requires commitment to a full-time, somewhat flexible schedule which will include day, weekend and evening hours.
PAY: Annual salary begins in the low 30s, depending on experience, and includes sick leave and vacation benefits with the opportunity to participate in the company’s medical and dental benefits plan.
