SEEKING: Information Systems Manager

RESPONSIBLITIES: troubleshooting and repairing existing hardware/software and utilizing vendor support if needed, backups, active directory, user account maintenance, inventory tracking of systems, ticketing system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, website updates and development.

REQUIREMENTS: The position requires knowledge of Windows Server 2003, Exchange 2003, Office 2003 & 2007, XP, Windows 7, Dreamweaver, Adobe publishing software, PostgreSQL, Access, networking, RAID, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, Theatre Manager or ticketing software equivalent, Google Apps, OSX, remote desktop technology and PC repair. Some knowledge of telecommunications is helpful but not required. Experience with video editing/production is a plus. Ideal candidate must be resourceful in finding innovative solutions for not for profit technology needs.

Prior experience is required. Candidate will be hard-working, detail oriented, extremely organized; must be able to remain calm under pressure, prioritize multiple projects and have excellent communication skills. Candidate will work closely with all departments and should also possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

PAY: Salary is commensurate with experience; good benefits available.
