SEEKING: Marketing Assistant/Audience Services Coordinator
RESPONSIBILTIES: Work closely with the Marketing Director and assist with creating and implementing all marketing/media plans, research initiatives, audience development campaigns, brand continuity and implementation, website administration, intern supervision, group sales outreach, and other advertising (print, online, grass roots) and promotions. In the role of Audience Services Coordinator: handling customer service issues with subscribers and single ticket buyers and liaising with the Box Office and ticketing vendor. Must be available to work some evenings. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with a sincere interest in arts marketing and have excellent oral, writing and computer skills.
REQUIREMENTS: Exceptionally strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, strong customer service skills, demonstrated ability to work with grace under pressure, superior writing skills, willingness to learn new skills, a sincere interest in marketing for the arts, knowledge of New York theater, thorough understanding of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, proficient in social media: Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, HTML and design skills preferred: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign
