SEEKING: Part Time Customer Service Representative

RESPONSIBLITIES: Processing of all specialty ticket requests (House Seats, Past Dating, Gift Certificate redemption, etc) through the Ticket Master System, answer incoming Customer Service inquiries & fulfillment via phone & email, Audits of Listings & Ticketing websites, Maintain good communication with Treasurer and Box Office staff, Assist with Box Office window Coverage as needed, including: processing window and broker ticket transactions; maintain accurate box office cash accounts; settle batch reports; coordinate will-call pick ups and transactions

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should be able to maintain good customer relations and have a pleasant personality. Applicants should have a flexible schedule with holiday availability and be willing to work within the scheduling needs of the Treasurer. General knowledge of the Ticket Master ticketing system preferred, but not required. Good computer and phone skills required (Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet)
