SEEKING: Administrative Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES: Opening the office in the mornings, schedule appointments and meetings, order office supplies, weekly and Monthly Sales Report in Excel, responsible for incoming and outgoing Mail and FedEx, collecting Payroll and Time Cards, handle new employee paperwork, handling Porters pay and Petty Cash invoices, type correspondences and other project work for President, Accountants, and Operations Manager,renew liquor licenses and Department of Health and Mental Hygiene certificates
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a keen eye for detail, good writing skills, friendly phone manner, and must be proficient in Excel.
WHEN: This is a temp-to-perm position. Hours: 9 am – 1 pm. Monday – Friday. Wednesday 9 am – 5 pm.
