WHO: Atlantic Theater Company
SEEKING: Business Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES: Weekly review and processing of accounts payable / receivable including bank deposits, credit card income, rental payments and billing, management and processing of student tuition billing and payments, monthly reconciliation of credit card activity, rental activity, box office receipts and petty cash, assist with annual audit preparation, assist with preparation of financial documents for board committees, oversee Finance Department intern(s), support Business Manager as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: A detail-oriented Business Assistant with strong organization and computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) is required. Interest in theater is strongly desired.
