WHO:The Shubert Organization

SEEKING: The Shubert Organization, Inc., one of Broadway's leading theatrical management companies, currently has an entry level position available in our Finance Department. The position will be responsible for providing clerical support to the Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Duties will include: scanning documents and maintaining accurate document retention databases; maintaining paper records and files; screening telephone calls; providing relief Receptionist coverage; and opening and distributing mail.Qualified applicants will have: excellent organizational and proofreading skills; the ability to pay close attention to details; prior office work experience; proficiency with Word and Outlook (Excel a plus); and good verbal and written communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS: The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with overtime when required.
