House Manager – Foxwoods Theatre

WHO: Foxwoods Theatre

SEEKING: House Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: Include supervising Front of House staff of over 100 employees; producing nightly performance reports; organizing the weekly usher schedule; acting as a liaison between building management and show management and managing patron issues; supervision/coordination of Union building staff; all documentation and record keeping related to payroll organization and settlement, as well as general and regular administrative tasks including weekly financial reporting and maintaining organized files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:  Qualified candidates should have prior House Management and supervisory experience (2 years preferred), outstanding organizational ability, excellent computer skills, knowledge of theater operations, customer service/communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Applicants must be available to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and Holidays.

WHEN: Start October 1.

PAY: This position is a full time salaried position that includes benefits. This is not an ATPAM position, salary commensurate with experience.
