SEEKING: Customer Service/Inside Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES:Take orders and guide customers in determining the best products for their needs, as well as troubleshooting problems that might come up. Positions available in Connecticut and LA.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience working for a company selling design-to-order solutions is preferred.
• Experience in Entertainment or Industrial applications is a plus
• Experience using Microsoft Office and/or an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) [ex. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft NAV, or Made2Manage] is a plus.
• BS/BA preferred
