SEEKING: The New 42nd Street seeks an experienced Human Resources Associate with top-notch communication and organization skills. Reporting to the Vice-President, Finance, the HR Associate is responsible for payroll and for proactive employee benefits administration and related bookkeeping tasks, record-keeping and employee lifecycle procedures. Position serves as a resource to staff and management, acts as a liason between staff and benefit providers, and must remain current with legal requirements and best practice.
REQUIREMENTS: Include prior experience in HR and payroll (minimum 2-3 years), software proficiency, comfort with accounting reconciliation and tracking, and solid Microsoft Office skills. Competiive salary/excellent benefits. EOE.
