SEEKING: Marketing Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position’s primary responsibility is to develop, pursue, secure and execute multi-platform promotional partnerships and to develop, negotiate and execute media plans for the company’s projects. Additional responsibilities include assistance with execution of strategic marketing plans, daily reporting, sponsor liaison, budget tracking and creative agency management.
-Minimum BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline
-1-3 years marketing experience, include developing and implementing marketing programs and materials
-Media agency experience a plus
-Basic knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques
-Strong communications, interpersonal, creative and analytical skills
-Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS: Candidate will have strong analytical, negotiating, and inter-personal skills along with excellent written and presentation skills.
-Develop promotion plans for various productions, including identify complementary opportunities, coordinate advertising and promotion activities to support productions, monitor resulting ticket sales and evaluate program success
-Assist Marketing Director in developing, negotiating and media plan, promotions and added-value programs
-Serve as sponsor liaison, executing marketing partnerships and promotional programs with paid sponsors
-Work with graphic designers to implement and oversee creation of advertising materials including creative branding materials, copywriting, design, layout and production to maintain quality, brand guideline compliant materials
-Processes invoices on a weekly basis and track budgets
-Prepares and formats ticket sales reports using data gathering techniques and established tracking standards
-Oversees Box Office programming of hours, group sales programs, discounts and ticket packages for multiple projects
-Provides additional support to other marketing department initiatives including group sales and special events
