Marketing Assistant – Allied Live

SEEKING: Marketing Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:Allied Live, a full-service marketing, advertising and promotions firm catering to the live entertainment industry, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to immediately join its team to create and execute marketing strategies for Broadway, off-Broadway, and various other entertainment properties. Responsibilities and duties will include:
1. Coordination of daily communications with marketing partners, group sales agents, ticketing outlets, company mangers, etc,
2. Implementation of marketing promotions, grassroots outreach, marketing event coordination, street team management and all related administrative duties
3. Attend client meetings and select client events as a representative of Allied Live.
REQUIREMENTS:Candidates should be college graduates with at least 1 year experience in marketing or advertising. Must be extremely organized, have strong multi-tasking skills, be collaborative and work well in a team, be able to take direction, have excellent writing and communication skills, and be able to manage several projects under pressure. An innate interest in live theatre and the entertainment industry is a plus.
PAY:Salary will be commensurate with experience.
