PatronManager CRM is our newest product and our client base is growing fast – we’re looking for someone to join our team and help us get new clients up and running quickly.

SEEKING:
Client Services Representative

If you are smart, industrious, and enthusiastic, and want to work with arts and culture organizations, then we want you to come work for us!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your primary responsibility will be account setup – that means going through all the configuration tasks that have to happen to make the system ready for use. You know how lots of job descriptions say you need to be "detail-oriented" for the position? This is one of those. Attention to detail is super-important in what you'll be working on. (That means we're going to notice if your resume is full of typos.) You’ll also be responsible for system upgrades and organization-specific customizations.

Beyond that, you’ll be providing support as a member of our Client Services team — that means answering questions and solving problems. We do this mostly by e-mail, but sometimes it’s just easier, faster, and just plain better to get on the phone. You need to feel equally comfortable with both modes of communication (i.e. be an awesome writer and have an awesome phone presence). If you can’t express yourself clearly in writing, or the thought of talking to someone on the phone makes you uncomfortable, this isn’t the job for you.

REQUIREMENTS:
Though this is not specifically a “technical” position, you need to have
above-average proficiency with using computers, and not be at all intimidated by learning new things. Do your relatives come to you with their computer problems? When you help them out, do they come away feeling stupid, or are they confident and reassured? If it’s the latter, we want to hear from you. And Salesforce.com experience is a major plus – PatronManager is built on the Salesforce platform.

All that said – it’s far more important to us that you have an interest in, love for, and/or experience with arts and culture organizations. What’s ultimately going to make you great at this job is your ability to connect with the people who need your help.

This is an entry-level position; recent college grads are encouraged to apply.

PAY:
Entry-level salary, full health insurance paid 100% by company, and 401K.
