SEEKING: National Corporate Theatre Fund (NCTF) is an association of ten leading regional theatres whose mission is to increase corporate and professional partnerships with non profit arts organizations. We are currently seeking a Marketing and Event Management Intern to support our marketing and fundraising efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Events include networking events for our corporate members at Broadway shows and sponsorship initiatives. Our major event this spring is our 2011 Chairman’s Awards Gala in May honoring Joel Grey, Charles Dillingham and BNY Mellon. This position will assist in the execution of these events, maintaining and promoting Save My Seat® (our online ticket discount program), and general office administration and setup.
This position works closely with all levels of the organization including key decision-makers in theatre and corporate America. This internship provides excellent exposure to: event and marketing management, fundraising, innovative sponsorship programs, and both the national and New York theatre community.
National Corporate Theatre Fund supports Actors Theatre of Louisville, American Conservatory Theater, American Repertory Theater, Cleveland Play House, The Old Globe, Guthrie Theater, Long Wharf Theatre, Center Theatre Group, Seattle Repertory Theatre, and Trinity Repertory Company.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidate should be available 20 hrs/week, beginning ASAP through May. Applicants must have strong communication and computer skills (Excel and Word essential, Publisher a plus), great phone manner, and a sense of humor is a must.
WHEN: Dates and schedule are flexible.
PAY: $50/ 20 Hours a Week
