We are seeking a super-star college grad to assist our super-star CEO and be our overall office manager. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from a highly creative entrepreneur as well as experienced staff members.

Office Managerial duties include:
• Ordering, keeping track of, stocking, and organizing office supplies
• Communicating with the staff regarding office matters
• Dealing with vendors and building personnel both over the phone and in person
Administrative Assistant duties include:
• Providing direct support to the CEO in daily tasks, follow-ups, meetings,administrative tasks
• Fielding in-bound calls/taking messages/scheduling meetings
• Organizing travel arrangements for conferences, including car rental, hotel, flight, and creating itineraries for each trip
• Arranging meetings/phone calls and updating and maintaining accurate calendar
• Various faxing/mailing/filing
• Miscellaneous other projects
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills (If you don’t like details and being thorough, this is not a job for you)
• Excellent computer competency (no programming skills required, however)
• Experience with Salesforce.com would be a big plus, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Word (knowledge of Mail Merge) and Excel, Powerpoint and/or Prezi

PatronMail Customer Service Representative
This is an entry-level position; recent college grads encouraged to apply.
We’re looking for someone to join our Client Services team and help provide support for PatronMail, our e-mail marketing product (you can learn more about it here: http://patrontechnology.com/patronmail/features). That means answering questions and solving problems. We do this mostly by e-mail, but sometimes it’s just easier, faster, and better to get on the phone. You need to feel equally comfortable with both modes of communication (i.e. be an awesome writer and have an awesome phone presence). If you can’t express yourself clearly in writing, or the thought of talking to someone on the phone makes you uncomfortable, this isn’t the job for you.
Though this is not specifically a “technical” position, you need to have above-average proficiency with using computers, and not be at all intimidated by learning new things. Do your relatives come to you with their computer problems? When you help them out, do they come away feeling stupid, or are they confident and reassured? If it’s the latter, we want to hear from you. It probably goes without saying that experience actually using PatronMail would also be helpful for you. (We like hiring folks who know our system!)
All that said – it’s far more important to us that you have an interest in, love for, and/or experience with arts and culture organizations. What’s ultimately going to make you great at this job is your ability to connect with the people who need your help.

As our intern, you’ll be actively involved in developing and rolling out our newest technology products which are specifically designed for non-profit organizations. You’ll work with us on the roll-out of a new web-based CRM system for non-profit organizations, which will give you a spectacular behind-the-scenes look into product development, marketing, and research. It’ll be challenging, but we think you’re up for it.
We create internships that challenge the intern to be super creative and productive. Basically, we'll create the internship around you and your interests, and you'll leave having made a real contribution. You need to be smart, confident, enthusiastic, and a quick learner. We'll train you and help you, and we don't expect you to have prior knowledge of the kinds of technology products we offer, but we ultimately need to be able to trust you to work on your own and take some initiative in problem-solving. You should be really comfortable with computers, too, though technical knowledge isn't necessary.
That said – it’s far more important to us that you have an interest in, love for, and/or experience with arts and cultural organizations. What’s ultimately going to make you great at this job is your ability to connect with the people who need your help. Our office is in midtown Manhattan, and office hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is a full-time internship. You will need to arrange your own housing. Small stipend provided.

Seeking a telemarketer to contact arts and cultural organizations and introduce them to new cutting edge arts-oriented software system. Job entails follow-up and cold calling to arts managers around the country. There is no “selling” involved.
If you are smart, phone-savvy, goal oriented and personable, and want to work with arts and culture organizations, we want to talk with you. You should have a pleasant articulate speaking voice, a positive and outgoing personality and an interest/experience in the arts. Telemarketing experience a plus.
This is a part-time position (20 hours a week) which requires a commitment of five hours per working day. The hours can be flexible (any five hours a day between 9 am and 5 pm), but we cannot enable you take off at the last minute for auditions.
