SEEKING: Audience Services Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: Working closely with the Box Office Manager and the Marketing Manager to ensure consistency of messaging and excellent customer service; Overseeing all Front of House staffing and operations for the Center’s three performance venues and additional spaces; Managing the staffing, inventory, budget and signage for the Company’s bookstore; Coordinating food and beverage operations with the café operator; Maintaining the event schedule for all public spaces; Serve as front of house liaison to all renting entities
REQUIREMENTS: This new position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or above, and at least 3 years of customer service and management experience. Candidates must be a strong team leader, work well under pressure, possess excellent organizational skills, and excel at managing both deadlines and people. Experience with Artifacts or Tessitura software is a plus.
PAY: Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, FSA and 401k plan.
