LPTW Administrative Director

WHO: League of Professional Theatre Women

SEEKING: An Administrative Assistant 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Membership communications
Maintaining membership/general contact database, and Website
Event and Meeting support
Financial – Coordinate with Treasurer payments and invoices, oversee PayPal Pro account
General office duties including correspondence, purchases of LPTW media and Mass mailings; Management of hard-copy and electronic files; Creation/ updating of office manual and corporate book

REQUIREMENTS: 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management skills
Proficiency with database systems, familiarity with CRM cloud systems (Salesforce, CiviCRM) a plus
Proficiency with HTML newsletter editing programs (Constant Contact, Vertical Response, Mail Chimp)
Experience with cloud computing systems & domain management (Google Intranet Sites, Google Docs, Dropbox, eVoice, PayPal Pro, Flickr)
Excellent MS Office/Software skills (especially Excel & Word, basic Adobe Illustrator & Publisher skills helpful)
Ability to multi-task in high-pressure environment

WHEN: 11/15/2011

PAY: Full-time position. Mid $30,000, commensurate with experience.
