SEEKING: Operations Assistant 


– Perform personnel activities to include coordination of interviewing/screening, employee orientation, and maintenance of employee profiles

– Maintain up-to-date database of all talent

– Contract all new hires

– Manage and maintain promotional event staff schedule

– Support and attend MAMA promotional events where needed

– Prepare weekly reports and recommendations
Process and coordinate department accounts payables and expenses

– Coordinate and maintain departmental budgets

– Conduct research and data analysis for special and ongoing projects

– Find, open and pursue new business opportunities

– Manage the appointment calendar of both founding partners

– Design promotional and presentation materials as needed

– Oversee daily operations and help facilitate healthy & productive working environments

– Assist founding partners with day-to-day operations as needed

REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated administrative skills; strong organizational and time management skills; detail oriented and flexible; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; strong customer interaction skills; ability to handle varied work requirements; strong ability to multi-task; strong computer skills for Social Media, Basic HTML, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MAC OSX proficiency, Pages, Adobe Suite; resourceful, willingness to learn new tasks; able to take initiative and manage and meet deadlines; team player but also has ability to work independently; able to set priorities and work within demanding service levels and time frames.
