WHO: The Shubert Organization, Inc.
SEEKING: Broadway Inbound,a division of The Shubert Organization, Inc., currently has an opportunity for an Account Representative.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing sales and customer service support via phone, email and fax for assigned client accounts and other repeat customers, etc. to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction; process orders and other backup paperwork as required, based on specific and unique needs of the customer; perform outgoing sales efforts to generate new business along with follow up from trade shows, sales trips, convention leads, etc.; cover general sales telephone line during peak overflow periods.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of six months of sales and customer service experience(preferably dealing with customers via telephone) and general office experience. Theatre or event ticket sales experience, including knowledge of STAR system, preferred; superior verbal/written communication and customer service skills; strong computer skills including above average proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and LivePerson chat; must have strong interest in Theatre and extensive knowledge of New York City.
