WHO: The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey
SEEKING: Assistant Patron Services/House Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: include management of patron services staff, selling tickets and subscriptions, customer service, data entry, house management and volunteer management.
REQUIREMENTS: Previous box office experience on a computerized ticketing system and/or house management experience a plus. Must have strong organizational skills, customer service experience, excellent phone skills, computer proficiency, and be sales-oriented. Evening and weekend hours are required.
WHEN: Full Time/Seasonal. Start Date – 5/1/2012
