WHO: Jean Doumanian Productions
RESPONSIBILITIES: Main duties include: answering phones (proficiency in multi-line phone systems is a must), taking messages, and scheduling appointments; providing general administrative support organizing business and legal documents, petty cash, invoices and expense reports, and script submissions; overseeing a staff of interns; reading and covering scripts; participating in weekly script meetings; representing the development department at play readings and film screenings.
REQUIREMENTS: Prior industry experience working closely with an executive. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Applicants must have a high level of organizational skill and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in MS Office, Filemaker, Google Docs.
