POSITION TITLE: House Seat Coordinator / Assistant to the President

DESCRIPTION: Jujamcyn Theaters is recognized as a theatrical innovator, championing shows that push the boundaries of Broadway and create new experiences for audiences. The company owns and operates five Broadway theatres including the St. James, Al Hirschfeld, August Wilson, Eugene O’Neill, and Walter Kerr.

Jujamcyn Theaters is currently seeking an enthusiastic assistant for the Executive Department.

Responsibilities:

Manage house seat requests for all shows in Jujamcyn houses.
Provide high level administrative support for the President.

Provide administrative support for the Executive Department.

Assist the customer service team in rectifying issues and creating great “final chapters”.

With all of the above responsibilities, strive to achieve excellence and enlightened hospitality within Jujamcyn’s culture and mission statement.

The ideal candidate will have:

2-3 years of executive assistant experience in a creative or entertainment company. This person will have a working knowledge of current Broadway theaters, shows and key industry members.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to assess and prioritize work assignments and manage tasks through to completion.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple phone lines

Strong attention to detail and math skills.

Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
