POSITION: Assistant Business Administrator

DESCRIPTION: TheaterWorks, a non-profit professional regional theater with its own facility in the heart of downtown Hartford, CT, with a budget of $1.9 million and 5,500 subscribers, seeks a part-time Assistant to the General Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited, basic book keeping, processing payroll, tracking payables and receivables, reconciling bank accounts, making bank deposits, drafting agreements and contracts, ordering café and office supplies, assisting in guest artist services when needed and running some company errands. Candidate should be detail oriented, exceptionally well organized and possess strong interpersonal and writing skills. Looking for a mature candidate to work 15-20 hours per week during regular business hours.
