Learn the ABCs of Producing Off Broadway this Sunday.

The Off Broadway Alliance is out to educate y0u once again.

This Sunday, September 29th, the OBA (the organization behind the very successful 20at20 promotion) is sponsoring an awesome panel on how to produce an Off Broadway show featuring Off Broadway producing heroes like Dan Goggin (the creator of all things Nunsense – one of the most successful Off Broadway shows ever), Hugh Hysell (A Broadway and Off Broadway Producer as well as the President of one of the go-to marketing firms in the biz), Producer and General Manager R. Erin Craig (I’m Getting My Act Together . . . ) and Christine Cox (The Amazing Max . . .).

The panel is called “The ABCs of Producing Off Broadway,” so expect a great lesson from these experts on how it all comes together from beginning to end.

And if you haven’t been to an Off Broadway Alliance panel before, one of the coolest things about them is that the doors open a half hour early for free coffee and bagels . . . and they don’t kick anybody out after the panel either, so you have ample time for networking with people that are just like you . . . looking to learn how to produce Off Broadway.  Create an alliance of five of you, and you could have an Off Broadway show up in just a few months.  Bada bing.

The panel is remarkably free . . . but sign up today, because they do sell out.  (How do you say “sell out” for a free event – “free out?”)

The panel is from noon to 1:30, with the aforementioned coffee and bagels starting at 11:30.  Click here to register and submit questions.  And happy learning.  I hope it helps you get your Off Broadway show up and on the boards.
