Fun on a Friday: These two seriously let it go.

It only makes sense that I’d talk about Frozen during this Polar Vortex sequel we’re experiencing in the city right now.

Forget the hot chocolate, if you wanna warm yourself up, watch these two lovely little ladies in the video below deliver an Idina-like diva turn of “Let It Go” from Frozen (written by Bobby Lopez, author of Avenue Q, Book of Mormon and one of this year’s TEDxBroadway speakers!).

The video speaks for itself, so sit back and enjoy.  My favorite moments?  1:00, 1:44 and, well, the little epilogue.  I wonder if that’s how Idina felt after she finished recording the tune.  (Email subscribers, click here if you can’t see the video.)

  • Paula says:

Big smiles! When are their Broadway auditions?

  • I also wonder if that’s how some Broadway singers feel when they sing a particularly corny song, like Yawning in the middle. This is priceless!!

  • *Nice post. I discover some thing considerably harder on various blogs everyday. Most commonly it is stimulating to study content material from other writers and exercise a specific thing from their internet site. I’d opt to apply certain whilst making use of the content material in this small blog whether or not you do not mind. Natually I’ll provide a link on your own internet weblog. Appreciate your sharing.
