Who won the tickets to 50 Shades The Spoofsical?

You see what I did there?  I took “spoof” and put in front of “sical” and made a new word:  spoofsical.

Keep it. It’s my little gift to you.

Your little gift to me was all of your entries to this week’s Sunday Giveaway for two tickets to see 50 Shades, which when strung together becomes a mini-dissertation on what you need to have a successful spoof.

Here were my big takeaways on a spoof’s requirements:

  • Wildly successful source materials
  • Exaggerated, over the top, performances or material
  • Celebrate the source as well as poke fun of it

There you have it.

Your guide to a successful spoof.

So go out and spoof something!

And now, the winner of the tickets to 50 Shades is . . .

Sarah Safford!

Congrats, Sarah!  Email me for your tickets!

  • My coder is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP.

I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on a variety of websites for about a year and am
concerned about switching to another platform. I have heard great things about blogengine.net.
Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
