The Finalists for our 3rd Annual 10 Minute Play Contest are . . .

Here ye!  Here ye!

Behold, the 10 Finalists for our 3rd Annual 10 Minute Play Contest!

Each one of the 10 Minute plays below will win $50, just for making it this far.  And, on Thursday, July 31st, all of them will be on display at our 10 Minute Play Festival.

We’ve got some super-importanté industry folks to judge the event including a literary manager at a high profile non-profit, a literary agent and mucho more.

And don’t forget, the audience (that’s you when you get your tickets), will be a judge as well.  Yep, we’re doing this American Idol style, y’all.

Alright, alright, enough chitter-chatter.  Let’s announce those finalists:

They are:

Brush Strokes by Nathan Yungerberg

Dirty Laundry by Carlos Mendoza

He and She by Nancy J. Hereford

Korean Uncle by Will Kern

Letting All the Air Out by Robert Z. Grant

Pittsburgh! by Manuel Igrejas

Sic Transit Gloria Mundi, Dude by Steven Keyes

Sunday Morning by Alexandra Addison

The Bad Ideas of Jack Andrews by Seth Christenfeld and Joseph Trefler

Weird Sisters by Siobhan Gilbert

Congrats to you all.  We’ll be in touch with the pertinent details asap.

If your 10 Minute Play didn’t make it to this year’s finalists, there’s always next year . . . or hey – put your play up yourself, even if it’s in your living room.  Or better, enter this week’s Sunday Giveaway and you can put it up in our theater for free!

And I hope to see you all on Thursday, July 31st, when we crown one of the finalists above as our Grand Prize, $500 winner!  Get your tickets here!
