Who won the tickets to The Visit on Broadway?

There have been quite a few faux-historical mashups in our recent theatrical past, like the popular Off Broadway fair Freud’s Last Session, which put C.S. Lewis and Freud in the same room.

I bring this up only because in this week’s giveaway, you gave me (and anyone who reads the entries) some great ideas for some new ones.  Personally, I’d love to see Lin-Manuel Miranda and Jonathan Larson working on a song together.  Wouldn’t that be something?

You know what else is something?  The Visit.  It started previews, and man, you haven’t seen anything like it.  And Chita?  I mean, come on.  She does things at 82 that I couldn’t do at 28.  It’s a legendary performance for sure.

And the person that’s going to get a chance to see this living legend perform this ground-breaking piece of art on Broadway is . . . Michael Scholar, Jr!

Congrats, Michael.  Email me to get your tickets.

Enjoy!

And for all of you looking to learn more about this business of Broadway, we’ve got a great giveaway tomorrow.  So tune in!
