    Hi Ken!

    I’m not at all sure that investing in Broadway shows would be an acceptable investment for getting a green card under the federal program to which I think you are referring. There are also some other benefits that are very interesting to foreign investors. I’m not an expert in this, but my son is, having been successfully involved in the program for several years.
