The Sunday Giveaway: Two tickets to Dames at Sea on Broadway!

Here come the Broadway shows!

The kids are back in school, the air is getting crisper, and the new Broadway season is about to kick-off just like the NFL.  Sure, we had some pre-season activities like that little ol’ show called Hamilton, but September is when things get real.

And the second musical to start previews in September will be the song-and-dance packed Dames at Sea!  (Can you guess the first?)

You know Dames at Sea, right?  Maybe you’ve even been in this “tap-happy” celebration, since it’s one of the more performed musicals around the world.

But get this . . . it has never played Broadway.

Yep, Dames at Sea is making its Broadway debut, having started as an Off-Off Broadway musical with just six people almost fifty years ago (Bernadette Peters was one of those six!).

And this production looks to be a dizzyingly good time.  It has been reimagined for Broadway by three time Tony Award nominee Randy Skinner, and stars folks like John Bolton and Mara Davi.  You can learn more about it here.

One of you want to go see it for free?

That’s what I thought!

Ok, my lovelies, here’s how you win two tickets to see Dames at Sea!

A lot of shows out there have become super popular without ever having played Broadway.  Tell me your favorite . . . and who knows, maybe some enterprising producer out there will get it up on the big stage soon enough.  Heck, if it can happen to Hedwig, it can happen to any show.

Comment below with your favorite show that hasn’t played Broadway (yet) and you could win the tickets.  Good tip-tappy luck!
