The 2 Tasks of a Producer & a Free ticket to my Super Conference.

As I said in my blog on Monday when I announced this, I believe a Producer’s primary responsibility is to get people in a room . . .

  • You get artists in a room to create something awesome.
  • You get audience members in a room to enjoy something awesome.

Since part of the original mission of this blog was to inspire Writers, Producers, Directors, and Artists of all kind to create more theater (because I think more theater makes the world a better place), earlier this year I thought . . . I can’t just talk to all of you online and through webinars and such, I need to get all of YOU in a room.

And I need to get you in a room with some of the smartest and most inspiring people I know to help you learn how to get your show, script or career to the next level.  Because wouldn’t it be awesome if a show you wrote, directed, produced, etc was on a big stage, getting standing ovations, great reviews, and getting you a paycheck . . . so you could do this full time?

That’s why I announced our first Producers Perspective Super Conference!

The Two Day One-Of-Its-Kind Conference is going to take place over two-panel-packed days, on Saturday, November 11th and 12th.

We’ve got Story Experts, General Managers, Arts Attorneys, Marketing Mavens, Tony Award-Winning Directors, Tony Award-Winning Producers (and some of the best money-raisers I know ready to share their tips) Tony Nominated Writers, and a lot more.

And I’m moderating all the panels.

Check out who is lined up already (and more to be announced soon) by clicking here.

And guess what?  We’re giving away a ticket . . . worth up to $497!

To enter to win, just click here . . . (and make sure you pay attention to how you can get an extra entry!). Contest closes August 23rd at 11:45PM EST.

Good luck and I hope to see you at our conference.
