The New Year is a great time to look back at all you've accomplished, assess what's been sitting on your to-do list and plan for an even better year ahead.
The problem is that all too often we make lists, set goals and then . . . do nothing.
We don't have time. We don't know how. We can't afford it. Blah blah blah.
Sound familiar? (Don't worry, you're not the only one.)
I call this perpetual state of goal-setting-and-forgetting The New Year, New You Curse. We get so wrapped up in all the possibilities that New Year brings that we forget to TAKE ACTION. And it truly is a curse because think of all the incredible art that's never been made because people just never get started.
And I'm telling you, the longer you wait to TAKE ACTION the farther off your "new you" will be and you run the huge risk of forgetting that it's possible to achieve your goals in the first place. I see it happen all the time and it makes me sad.
So, how can you ward off The New Year New You Curse?
Join me on my new webinar "How to Set New Year's Resolutions That Your Stick To And Accomplish" on Tuesday, January 8th from 7-8pm EST.
Register today and you don't have to even think about your New Year's resolutions until January 8th!
